With stage III C OC I have to be on an estrogren free product the best one I have found is remifemin and remifemingoodnight they are both excellent medicines and the goodnights help me sleep (although you can't tell the tonight)lol
I also keep a fan and a heater in my room as well as throwing off the covers and wearing a cotton night shirt to bed doesn't hurt.
